Judy's ANZAC Biscuits

A quick recipe that my mum's been cooking for a long time, the classic Anzac biscuit, enjoy!

Mix dry ingredients together. Melt butter and golden syrup then add bicarb to water, add to melted butter mix. Add to dry ingredients. Drop by teaspoon on to tray, allowing for spread and bake on moderate oven till golden brown.
Anzac Biscuits

  • 1cup plain flour
  • 1cup sugar
  • 1cup rolled oats
  • 1cup coconut
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1tbl sp golden syrup
  • 1sm tsp bi-carb
  • 2tblsps boiling water
